Doubltrouble just put up a post about how much she loves old Mustangs so I thought I would post some pictures.
I used to have a body shop and we did work for a Mustang restoration company. They would bring us the car as rolling stock in bare metal. These are just a few of the results.
Nice work. Better not show these pics to my wife; I'll have to figure out how to afford a 'stang.
ReplyDeleteI love them Orbitup. Thanks for posting, I would love to have one :) lol My dad had a 66 he promised me then sold it :(
ReplyDeleteDoubletrouble - Meh, a '66. My brother had a '66 a few years ago that he tried to sell to me. Now if it was a real honest to goodness '65 that your dad sold, then you would have something to be upset about.

ReplyDeleteTo be honest, I got tired of looking at Mustangs after a while. I'm a Chevy guy anyway.
ReplyDeleteThey did turn out nice though.
I always loved old muscle cars, especially the Mustangs. However, after the redesign in 2005 the new Mustangs go my attention. After the new 5.0 in 2011, the new Mustangs out perform any previous version my a long shot while bringing decent gas mileage and great reliability to the table. I still love the vintage Mustangs by my 2011 GT convertible puts them to shame.
ReplyDeleteSuper sexy. My '71 looked just like the first two up there, except the paint job wasn't as shiny, I never got around to putting the tail pipes on and it had the louvers in the rear window. God I miss that car.
ReplyDeleteThat red and black has always been my favorite scheme for a Mustang. Great job.
