Some dumbass was using tracer rounds in an indoor range today. He admitted to it.

    Tracer rounds? Yeah. Because seeing where your shots go in an indoor range are soooooo hard!

    Notice there were no charges filed against the idiot with the tracer round. This will make it harder to collect for the damage from insurance.
