And this sort of 'toy' is exactly what defines Free Citizens from the rest of the sheeple - if we want something that has no effect whatsoever on anyone else - there should be no restrictions on us acquiring it. The sheeple would be more than content to take whatever handout their lords and masters deign to grant to them.
